As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing and delivering spare parts efficiently. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained, and customers and internal teams receive the support they need.
This is a broad operational role covering the full order‑to‑cash process, including customer service, logistics coordination, stock monitoring, and SAP administration. It suits someone who enjoys a hands‑on environment, takes initiative, and proactively seeks out information when needed.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, reverse logistics, and coordination with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams. The position focuses on ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient movement of finished goods and spare parts while resolving logistics issues, improving processes, and maintaining high service levels.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all outbound logistics activities and serves as the main point of contact for internal teams and external (3PL) warehouse partners. Additionally, this role manages inbound deliveries from international suppliers and collaborates closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer Operations to ensure an efficient and timely flow of goods.
