The European headquarters in Gelderland offers a collaborative and hands-on work environment, where departments like sales, logistics, and marketing work closely together to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Functieomschrijving

As the first point of contact for B2B customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and supporting marketing colleagues with product logistics for events and campaigns.Key responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email (B2B focus)
  • Process orders and follow up on deliveries
  • Coordinate with marketing colleagues to ensure product availability for events
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, marketing)
  • Support general administrative tasks related to customer service and marketing

Profiel

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, marketing support, sales coordination, or a similar field
  • Fluent in German and either English or Dutch (additional languages are a plus!)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, outgoing personality
  • Available to work on-site (24-40 hours/week)
  • Able to start next week or shortly thereafter
  • Open to a 3-month contract with potential extension
