As Recruitment Coordinator at one of our fastest growing clients within the E-Commerce industry, you will be in charge of a part of the recruitment cycle. You will manage the planning and coordination of all interviews on a daily base for each team. This role is initially through Page Group until end of year after which an evaluation meeting will take place.

The team now consists of one TA Manager, one Recruitment lead, two administrators and you will report to TA manager.

Functieomschrijving

As Recruitment Coordinator & Planner you will:

  • Scheduling Interviews - Arrange interviews based on candidate and interviewer availability, often across different time zones.
  • Coordinating Stakeholders - Act as a bridge between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Managing Interview Logistics - Book rooms, set up video calls, send calendar invites, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Candidate Communication - Provide candidates with interview details, answer questions, and share updates on their application process.
  • Tracking & Documentation - Maintain records of interview schedules, feedback, and status updates using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensuring a Smooth Candidate Experience - Offer support throughout the process, such as rescheduling when needed and sharing follow-up details.

Profiel

  • Bachelor - or Master's degree
  • Interest in the E-commerce/Retail or Financial sector
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Analytical, ambitious, communicative and flexible
  • 36 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluent English and preferably a second language
  • Available to start on the 3rd of August!
