Functieomschrijving

As an English-speaking Payroll & Expat Immigration Support Specialist, you play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of international employees, with a strong focus on Dutch payroll and employment legislation.💰 Dutch Payroll & Compliance (Core of the role)

  • Process and manage Dutch payroll accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and payroll legislation
  • Handle salary calculations, holiday pay, and payroll-related queries
  • Work with systems such as AFAS and maintain accurate employee data



🌍 Immigration & Expat Support

  • Advise on immigration procedures and IND processes
  • Manage work/residence permit applications
  • Support expats and their families relocating to the Netherlands
  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations



📑 Contracts & Employment Law

  • Draft and manage employment contracts and agreements
  • Advise on Dutch employment law and conditions
  • Apply schemes such as the 30% ruling
  • Manage contract changes, sickness, and terminations

You are the main point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant process at all times.

Profiel

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dutch payroll
  • Proven knowledge of Dutch labour law and payroll legislation (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree (HBO level)
  • Experience with payroll systems such as AFAS is a strong plus
  • Experience with expat payroll, immigration or HR is preferred

  • You already live in the Netherlands
  • You have a valid BSN number
  • You are legally allowed to work in the Netherlands
  • You are willing and able to work on-site in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost every day

Aanbod
