For an Amsterdam-based client, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a dynamic, international setting and plays a key role in supporting senior stakeholders. Functieomschrijving

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members
  • Act as a primary contact for both internal colleagues and external partners
  • Oversee complex scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and international travel arrangements
  • Manage inboxes and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up
  • Prepare meetings by organizing agendas, documenting minutes, and monitoring action items
  • Arrange and coordinate events such as meetings, business gatherings, and visits
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes in cooperation with HR
  • Process expense reports and support accurate financial administration
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and handle various administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform research and compile information for reports and presentations
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Take responsibility for office management, including supplies and vendor coordination
  • Organize services like catering, transport, and courier deliveries
  • Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT providers when required
  • Ensure proper handling and processing of documentation, including secure shipments



Profiel

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar Executive or Personal Assistant role within an international environment
  • Previous experience in professional services or comparable industries is advantageous
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Office or Facility Management
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a confident and flexible approach
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and efficient working style
  • Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Eager to improve processes and contribute ideas for optimization
