As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to payment. Functieomschrijving

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection.
  • Develop and grow existing customer accounts within your territory.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships through regular customer and prospect visits.
  • Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and international teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving profitable growth.



Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, trading, or account management.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for developing new business.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and preferably an additional language such as French or Arabic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and target-driven environment.
