Functieomschrijving

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of partner integration projects using PMI methodology.
Translate project scope into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project performance, including cost, scope, and quality, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Support and implement change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Finalize project documentation and ensure a smooth handover upon completion.
Collaborate across departments to align with company standards and business processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability within the Partner Program.
Support senior management with strategic projects and key decision-making.

Profiel

Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital, eCommerce, or Project Management.
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Thrives in fast-paced, international environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Solution-oriented "can-do" attitude.
