As a large sized company, they are known for their focus on delivering exceptional financial solutions and maintaining strong industry standards.FunctieomschrijvingRecording revenues such as Management Fees and Carried Interests for management entities.Accruing expenses for management entities.Handling bank transactions and investments.Analyzing monthly P&L deviations, including actual versus budget and reforecast comparisons.Monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling all balance sheet accounts.Updating and maintaining accounting policies across various GAAPs.Assisting with auditing inquiries.External/Internal billingFacilitating audits (Financial, SOX and ISAE)Making recommendations regarding process and efficiency improvements, particularly focus on systems/toolsProfielMaster's degree in accounting or finance is required.A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, and planning. Competencies & AttributesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a structured manner.Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a keen attention to detail.Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills along with proficient English communication skills, both written and oral.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
