Functieomschrijving



  • Coordinate and allocate daily logistics tasks within the team.


  • Manage transport and inventory administration in ERP systems.


  • Verify incoming and outgoing goods and documentation.


  • Prepare reports and monitor operational planning.


  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.


  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.


  • Act as the first point of contact for the logistics team.



Profiel



  • MBO+/Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field.


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a logistics or administrative role.


  • Experience in supervising or coordinating a small team.


  • Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills.


  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.


  • Structured, solution-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
