Functieomschrijving

  • Maintain precise bookkeeping for entities in Japan and the United States.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support audit activities and assist the Finance Manager with financial reporting.
  • Keep accounting records well-organized and up to date.
  • Process and record invoices consistently and accurately.
  • Enter and verify expenses to ensure correctness.
  • Oversee all accounting entries in a structured and systematic manner.

Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related.
  • At least 3 years of practical accounting experience.
  • Proven bookkeeping skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple currencies.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as Freee (Japan) and XERO (US).
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Optional: basic understanding of tax and payroll processes.
