Functieomschrijving

  • Lead and manage a small Customer Service team for high-priority clients.
  • Plan personnel, organize shifts, and ensure efficient team operations.
  • Conduct training, provide feedback, and support team development.
  • Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and international teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's "Passion for Service" mission.
  • Monitor cost efficiency and guide team performance on all levels.



Profiel

  • Has experience in customer service, preferably in airfreight or high-performance logistics.
  • Shows strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Possesses natural leadership abilities or a willingness to develop them.
  • Can inspire and motivate a small team while ensuring efficient operations.
  • Communicates fluently in English and works well with international teams.
  • Is customer-focused and able to maintain high service standards, even under pressure.
  • Is adaptable, organized, and eager to contribute to growing the Logistics+ segment.
