Als Logistics Coordinator speel je een cruciale rol in het logistieke proces en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van transporten door heel Europa. Je werkt nauw samen met transporteurs, klanten en interne teams om een efficiënt en vlekkeloos logistiek proces te waarborgen.
Als Transport Management Specialist sta je dagelijks in contact met 1 of meerdere van de internationale klanten en vele vervoerders. Je focus ligt hierbij op het ontzorgen door de dagelijkse transportzendingen te coördineren, de escalaties op te pakken en af te wikkelen en de specifieke vragen van verladers en vervoerders te beantwoorden en op te lossen.

In this role, you're responsible for supporting the supply chain cycle as the first point of contact for a group of customers. Commercially astute, you manage sales and order enquiries, logistics, and product supply through ERP systems. You proactively oversee orders from enquiry to delivery within agreed lead times and support the Sales Manager in optimising sales and customer service.
You'll be collaborating closely with Customer Collaboration Managers, Sales Teams, and Distribution Partners, you'll also be responsible for proactive order management, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement - all while keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.
