Functieomschrijving

  • Managing the administrative and operational processing of incoming and outgoing goods;
  • Receiving, inspecting, and registering materials and supplies;
  • Performing inventory checks and warehouse audits;
  • Ensuring the correct storage and handling of materials and equipment;
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments according to established procedures;
  • Preparing and monitoring shipping and receiving schedules;
  • Managing warehouse space utilization and inventory levels;
  • Supporting the maintenance and protection of warehouse facilities and equipment;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency;
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.



Profiel

  • Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment;
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills;
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems;
  • A detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset;
  • Good communication skills;
  • A good command of the English language (Dutch is considered an advantage);
  • A flexible, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude.
