Our client is a technical services company based in Hoevelaken, focused on supporting industrial processes through the design, implementation, and maintenance of installations. Functieomschrijving

Daily planning of production based on the regularly planned MPS planning.
In case of disruption of the production planning's process, the production coordinator will escalate this to the Operations Manager.
Planning production forecast, on a day-to-day level. Any change that affects the planning forecast must be handled by the Production Coordinator. To accomplish this, the production forecast needs to be re-visited every day to keep track of changes.
Maintain Stock levels by purchasing raw materials based on the MPS forecasting, this includes responsibility for supplying production with physical Production material.
Maintain Globe and Exact e-Synergy activities concerning changes or additions in the purchasing and manufacturing process.
Maintenance and improvement of the process of data entry of the articles and batch data in Exact Globe / ERP system.
Keep track of accurate production documentation. This means in case changes occur in execution of production this needs to be amended in the documentation. The production coordinator needs to make sure he/she keeps himself updated on the changes.
Responsible for shipping and receiving of production goods, ensuring that production goods, once sterilized are transferred to QA for final release.
Responsible for correct execution of the production planning (part of Quality Manual).

Profiel

MBO-level
Some years of experience in production planning and/or work preparation is a must.
Experience in medical industry is a pre.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Team player, and have ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
Accurate, strong analytical and planning skills, logic thinking, problem solving ability
Experience with MS office and Exact, or equivalent programs.
Able to manage projects in detail, while meeting the deadlines and milestones.
Demonstrates motivation for achievement and excellence; consistently exceeds expectations.
