As a Marketing Manager you will: Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual roadmaps
Translate business objectives into effective marketing plans and campaigns
Identify target audiences and refine positioning
Monitor performance and optimise marketing activities

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
Support product and service launches
Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing and commercial goals

Content & Execution

Create and manage marketing content across online and offline channels
Coordinate visual materials, presentations, and promotional assets
Maintain and optimise the website (content, structure, SEO)
Manage social media and digital presence

Brand Development

Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity
Ensure all communication aligns with the overall positioning

Profiel

3-6 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
Experience in solar, energy, manufacturing, installaiton, robotics, production, or similar industry is a plus
HBO degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
Strong experience with digital marketing (campaigns, content, website, social media)
Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership
Strong collaboration skills, especially with Sales teams
Analytical mindset with focus on performance and optimisation
Fluent in Dutch is a must! (Please do not apply if you do not speak Dutch)
