4. Presenting shortlist: Presentation of appropriate candidates, based on profile, experience, skills, availability and qualifications.

5. Interviews with employer: Your opportunity to interview candidates to assess the best fit with requirements and corporate culture.

6. Placement: Following a successful interview, your recruitment consultant will assist and lead the negotiations between you and your chosen candidate. This includes supporting you in offering the candidate a suitably attractive remuneration package and planning for their smooth integration into your organisation. 

7. Post placement follow-up: Follow-up meetings with you and the candidate to ensure placement success and continuous improvement of our services.
