About Our Client

Our client provides cash management technology and services that automate how businesses handle money. They design and support systems used by banks, retailers, and cash centres to count, sort, authenticate, and recycle cash, helping organisations improve efficiency, security, and accuracy in their cash operations.

Job Description



  • In this role, you're responsible for:


    • Managing global order entry, including processing, enquiries, shipments, and documentation.


    • Working with freight forwarders to ensure accurate customs clearance.


    • Coordinating with credit control, planning, and inventory teams.


    • Proactively managing customer accounts and preparing quotations with the Sales Manager.


    • Supporting credit and payment processes in line with Letters of Credit.


    • Identifying and escalating issues affecting delivery or technical performance.


    • Providing ad hoc customer reports and supporting departmental operations.


    • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor level
  • Strong Excel and ERP skills.
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and numeric ability.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to build product knowledge.
  • Desirable: knowledge of Letters of Credit and Incoterms 2000.

  • Salary range from €3700,- until €4800 based on experience.
