Job Description

Your RoleAs the first point of contact for B2B customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and supporting marketing colleagues with product logistics for events and campaigns.Key responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email (B2B focus)
  • Process orders and follow up on deliveries
  • Coordinate with marketing colleagues to ensure product availability for events
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, marketing)
  • Support general administrative tasks related to customer service and marketing

The Successful Applicant

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, marketing (support), or another related field.
  • Fluent in German and either English or Dutch (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment
  • Available to start next week or shortly thereafter
  • Able to commit to a 3-month assignment (with potential for extension)
