Job Description

  • Processing and checking cargo bookings and truck orders;
  • Recording flight and cargo data in the systems;
  • Communicating with warehouse colleagues and external parties;
  • Supporting customer service by email and phone;
  • Identifying irregularities and contributing to solutions;
  • Ensuring correct documentation and compliance with rules and regulations.



The Successful Applicant

  • MBO (secondary vocational) working and thinking level, preferably with experience in air cargo or logistics;
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Accurate and well-organized, with strong attention to detail;
  • Stress-resistant and flexible regarding working hours (shift work: morning, evening and night);
  • Customer-oriented and strong communication skills;
  • You are able to apply for a VGB, this is mandatory to be able to work at this company.
