Als Air Freight Operations Specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, airlines en agenten op Schiphol. Je verzorgt nauwkeurig alle import- en exportdocumentatie en verwerkt dossiers volgens wet- en regelgeving. Samen met je collega's zorg je dagelijks voor een soepel verloop van luchtvrachtzendingen voor internationale klanten.

Als Expediteur Luchtvracht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van import- én exportzendingen en het onderhouden van klantrelaties. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het transport- en distributieproces.

Je werkt in de dynamische wereld van luchtvracht, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het beheren van internationaal transport en het afhandelen van dagelijkse klant verzoeken, communicatie met luchtvaartmaatschappijen, douane procedures en administratieve taken met betrekking tot export zendingen.

Als Douane Declarant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van douaneformaliteiten en het waarborgen van naleving van regelgeving.

Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding van diverse elektrotechnische projecten. Jij zorgt dat alles goed geregeld is voordat de uitvoering begint: van tekeningen en materialen tot veiligheid en afstemming met collega's en partners. Dankzij jouw organisatievermogen verloopt elk project soepel en zonder verrassingen.

Als Dispatcher ben jij de schakel tussen het warehouse, de exportafdeling en de chauffeursplanning. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie, documenten en planningen soepel op elkaar aansluiten, zodat de zendingen op tijd de deur uit gaan. Het is een functie met veel contact, overzicht en verantwoordelijkheid, zonder fysieke werkzaamheden.

As an Air Export Operations Agent, you are the main contact for customers, airlines and handling agents. You handle all export-related documentation accurately and professionally and make sure all data is processed correctly. Together with a team of fifteen dedicated colleagues, you serve more than two hundred customers on a daily basis.

As a Freight Forwarder Export Healthcare, you are the main point of contact for customers, carriers and airlines. You coordinate the full export process from booking to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all regulations. With your structured approach and problem solving mindset, you help maintain high customer satisfaction and flawless execution.
