With a strong presence across Europe, this organization thrives on collaboration. They are currently looking for a German-speaking accounts receivable employee to join their team. Here, you will be responsible for the accounts receivable process, handle billing and invoicing, as well as communicating with the sales and logistics team to ensure that orders are correct and accurate.

Job Description

  • Manage accounts receivable processes with precision and timeliness;
  • Handle billing and invoicing for German-speaking clients;
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and records;
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with your team to ensure smooth operations;



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum MBO-level education;
  • Proven experience as a German-speaking accounts receivable employee;
  • Good command of English and German (both in speaking and writing);
  • Available for 32-36 hours per week;
  • Living in or near Rotterdam;
