Our client is an ambitious start-up in the logistics sector. Their service is similar to that of a freight forwarder, but they stand out through the use of innovative, self-developed software. The company is growing rapidly and is looking to strengthen its team at the Amsterdam Houthavens. The team consists of 15 driven colleagues and operates with a flat organizational structure, where collaboration, growth, and mutual trust are key.

Job Description

  • Guide new German customers through the onboarding process.
  • Answer questions and provide proactive support for a wide range of customer needs.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and with a customer-first approach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and development teams.
  • Translate customer needs into service improvements and new features.
  • Facilitate smooth logistics flows.
  • Ensure seamless handling of import and export processes via sea, air, road, and rail.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have proven work experience in the logistics field.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
