Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator (Product Lifecycle) who is immediately available for 40 hours/week.You bring 2+ years of experience in coordinating end-to-end product lifecycle activities (launches, updates, discontinuations) by aligning supply chain, regulatory, and commercial teams. You will ensure packaging and product changes are implemented on time while optimizing processes to minimize delays and costs.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, reverse logistics, and coordination with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams. The position focuses on ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient movement of finished goods and spare parts while resolving logistics issues, improving processes, and maintaining high service levels.
In deze rol ondersteun je de dagelijkse wegtransportoperatie door transportorders, douanegegevens en zendinginformatie nauwkeurig te verwerken en te controleren. Daarbij onderhoud je contact met klanten, vervoerders en interne afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat transporten efficiënt, correct en volgens planning verlopen.
This role supports a manual order-to-cash process by ensuring complete accuracy of order, fulfilment, and invoicing data across systems and customer portals. It is a highly detail-focused operational position responsible for validating data at every stage to prevent delivery delays, invoicing issues, and customer claims.
