In this role, you're responsible for supporting the supply chain cycle as the first point of contact for a group of customers. Commercially astute, you manage sales and order enquiries, logistics, and product supply through ERP systems. You proactively oversee orders from enquiry to delivery within agreed lead times and support the Sales Manager in optimising sales and customer service.
Binnen het team wordt de (veld)productie en inkoop wereldwijd gepland, gecoördineerd en gecontracteerd. Als Supply Chain Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van de contracten zodat de betrouwbaarheid van tijdige levering van het juiste product in de juiste hoeveelheid en met de juiste kwaliteit wordt bewaakt en georganiseerd. Je wordt hierbij begeleid door de Supply Chain Specialist.
Als Supply Chain Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming en samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf, zoals Logistiek, Magazijn, Inkoop en Sales. Jij fungeert als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt tussen deze afdelingen en zorgt voor een soepele communicatie, een accurate planning en een optimale samenwerking ter ondersteuning van de gehele supply chain.
Als Supply Chain Coördinator ben jij de spil tussen inkoop, leveranciers en productie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle bloemen en planten tijdig binnenkomen, correct worden verwerkt en klaarstaan voor de productie van boeketten. Je houdt het overzicht, signaleert afwijkingen en schakelt direct met kwekers, leveranciers of transporteurs.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van processen die ervoor zorgen dat de producten op het juiste moment, op de juiste plek en in de juiste hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn. Met jouw scherpe blik op voorraadbeheer, inkoop en transport zorg je dat interne en externe klanten optimaal bediend worden.
Als Project Medewerker Supply Chain werk je in een uitdagende omgeving binnen de FMCG sector. Je draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van processen binnen inkoop en supply chain in Honselersdijk.
