Job Description

You make sure the right parts are available at the right time, helping people continue their daily commute, enjoy their travels, and experience cities without interruptions. In this role, you work closely with warehouses, logistics providers, suppliers, and international teams to optimize inventory levels and improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate spare parts operations and inventory management across Europe.
  • Ensure timely deliveries to repair centers and warehouses.
  • Support spare parts forecasting, planning, and supply chain coordination.
  • Monitor logistics performance and identify process improvements.
  • Work closely with international stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners.
  • Maintain accurate data within ERP and SAP systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Around 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, after-sales, or spare parts coordination.
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Technical affinity and proactive mindset.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch is a plus.
