Job Description

  • Manage commercial activities and support day-to-day customer operations.
  • Handle contract management for assigned customers.
  • Act as a key contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Collect and analyse customer and business performance data.
  • Prepare reports and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Organise business reviews and support credit control activities.
  • Assist with commercial projects and service-related initiatives.
  • Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.



The Successful Applicant

  • Secondary vocational education (MBO) level or equivalent qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented with an efficient way of working
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneous
