Job Description

  • Oversee supply replenishment processes from daily order management to logistics fulfillment, ensure deliverable execution according to agreed SLA. Monitor daily order intake quality, including customer order first-time-right, order pattern, EDI and scheduling tool performance, and perform troubleshooting to mitigate order processing disruptions.
  • Coordinate logistics capacity aligning to collaborative planning expectations with customers. Flag risks to internal and external stakeholders when service levels cannot be met, and constructively look for alternative solutions to achieve quick-wins and mid-term improvements.
  • Work closely with CSC Collaboration Manager to align on customer forecast, supply commitment, service-level and logistics capabilities on a 13wks outlook basis.
  • Subject Matter Expert of Distributors' operational performance (Order pattern, order optimization etc.) Deep understanding on cause and effect relationships of each node in the replenishment process and advising Distributor and Collaboration Manager on improvement opportunities.
  • Hold service providers accountable, track short-term resolution implementation and oversee long-term improvement development.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve customer service, anticipate potential disruptions, and tackle unplanned events with analytical, fact-driven and positive mindset.
  • Depending on seniority, support and act as back-up to Customer Collaboration managers in managing customer expectations and negotiating logistics related service agreements.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Care or related business areas.
  • Experience in order management and operational execution-able to handle end-to-end processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages are advantageous in our global environment.
  • Experience working within international business contexts, including diverse, cross-functional teams.



  • Exceptional digital dexterity:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: able to create complex formulas, automate workflows, and interpret large datasets.
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools: comfortable integrating AI solutions into day-to-day operations to enhance reporting, automate routine tasks, and drive actionable insights.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
  • Eagerness to embrace continuous learning and process improvement, actively seeking ways to optimize performance and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline. A Master Degree is a plus.
  • Certified SCM, project management or continuous improvement accreditation such as Lean Six Sigma, PMM, Prince2, Scrum, Agile and/or APICS is a bonus.
