Job Description

What will you do?

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from purchase to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and logistics partners, providing clear and proactive communication
  • Coordinate purchasing activities, send order confirmations, and ensure suppliers meet agreed deadlines
  • Handle and resolve issues such as delays, damages, and complaints, maintaining high service quality
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and keep a clear overview in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

The Successful Applicant

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in bulk logistics is a must !
  • Minimum B2-level proficiency in Dutch and allowed to work in the Netherlands (must), enabling clear and effective communication with local stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple parties
  • Highly organized and able to switch quickly between tasks while maintaining structure and overview
  • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial or related field
