Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts, products, and services.
  • Coordinate the resolution of delivery issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Process, track, and monitor customer orders, returns, and material requirements.
  • Manage supplier performance and support on-time delivery objectives.
  • Review and support Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and customer proposals.
  • Analyze customer and supplier data to identify trends and performance issues.
  • Monitor operational dashboards and generate reports using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams, program managers, and other departments to achieve operational goals.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and solutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Work independently to manage priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of customer and supply chain activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management tools.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and performance analyses.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience within the aviation, aerospace, logistics, or related industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Spotfire or Tableau is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
