The Financial Services team, a vital component within the Customer Service Department, comprises 13 colleagues. These professionals are distributed across various clients and specialized areas, including fiscal representation, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, contributing significantly to our overall excellence.

Job Description

Collaborating with your team, you'll have a significant impact on the order-to-cash process, with a primary focus on Dutch accounts receivable. Leveraging your expertise in financial processes, you'll serve as a dedicated professional, providing top-notch service and fostering strong partnerships with our clients.

Additionally, your duties will involve:

  • Reaching out to customers and distributors with overdue payments
  • Processing and tracking incoming receipts
  • Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders
  • Handling credit holds
  • Compiling aging analysis and DSO reports

The Successful Applicant

  • At least an intermediate vocational education (MBO+) or higher professional education (HBO)
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English
  • Background in financial processes
  • Analytical and pragmatic mindset
