The position focuses on ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient movement of finished goods and spare parts while resolving logistics issues, improving processes, and maintaining high service levels.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you act as the link between customers and internal teams. You ensure accurate and timely processing of quotations, purchase orders, and after-sales activities. You build and maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Als Import Medewerker bij een rederij zorg je dat de importzendingen soepel binnenkomen en alles administratief klopt. Je houdt contact met klanten, terminals en collega's, zodat de goederen op tijd en zonder gedoe aankomen. Ondertussen heb je intern contact met Customer Service, E-commerce afdeling en andere interne stakeholders.
