We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the transportation of goods via road and sea, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and compliance with international trade regulations.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all outbound logistics activities and serves as the main point of contact for internal teams and external (3PL) warehouse partners. Additionally, this role manages inbound deliveries from international suppliers and collaborates closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer Operations to ensure an efficient and timely flow of goods.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, reverse logistics, and coordination with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams. The position focuses on ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient movement of finished goods and spare parts while resolving logistics issues, improving processes, and maintaining high service levels.
Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Specialist die zorgt voor een soepel en efficiënt logistiek proces van begin tot eind.
Je ondersteunt de logistieke afdeling met administratieve taken en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen, zendingen en voorraden correct worden bijgehouden. Daarnaast coördineer je met interne teams en externe partners om de supply chain soepel te laten verlopen.. Je werkt nauwkeurig en draagt bij aan een efficiënte workflow binnen het team in Utrecht.
