Als luchtvracht expediteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en beheren van luchtvrachtzendingen voor onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen en voldoet aan de hoge verwachtingen van de klant.

De rol richt zich op het soepel laten verlopen van lokale haven- en douaneprocessen door het efficiënt organiseren van feedertransporten en het ondersteunen van het team bij contractbeheer, kostenbewaking en probleemoplossing. Daarnaast fungeer je als schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en externe partijen om communicatie te stroomlijnen en operationele processen te optimaliseren.

Je coördineert internationale importzendingen en bewaakt het volledige transportproces van begin tot eind, inclusief douane, documentatie en financiële afhandeling. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en vervoerders en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiënte oplossingen.

Je coördineert internationale zendingen via luchtvracht, wegtransport en koeriersdiensten en bewaakt het volledige transport proces van A tot Z, inclusief douane, documentatie en financiële afhandeling. Daarbij ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en vervoerders, signaleer je verbeter kansen en werk je samen met je team aan een soepel en efficiënt logistiek proces.

De douane declarant is verantwoordelijk voor het gehele importtraject; vanaf aankomst op de luchthaven tot aan het afleveren bij de ontvanger.
