Als Warehouse Supervisor stuur je de volledige logistiek aan ten aanzien van de productiefaciliteit in Roosendaal. Doordat jij een logistieke duizendpoot bent en van alle markten thuis bent, weet jij hoe je de materiaal stromen perfect op de productieafdelingen kunt afstemmen.
In deze functie geef je,samen met jouw collega teamleiders,direct leiding aan de warehouse‐en VAL operatie en zorg je er samen met de teams voor dat de (logistieke en administratieve) processen goed verlopen, dat de goederenstroom optimaal is, dat het magazijn succesvol draait, dat de KPI's gehaald worden en dat de klanten tevreden zijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en overzichtelijke werkomgeving in het magazijn.
Ben jij een puzzelaar? Jij weet de perfecte balans te vinden tussen een minimale en maximale voorraad, zodat men altijd kan leveren aan de klant en tegelijkertijd slimme, kostenbewuste beslissingen nemen.
In this position, together with your fellow team leaders, you directly manage the warehouse and VAL operation and, together with the teams, ensure that the (logistical and administrative) processes run smoothly, that the flow of goods is optimal, that the warehouse runs successfully, that KPIs are met and that customers are satisfied. You are responsible for a safe and orderly working environment in the warehouse.
