The Accountant AP/AR role manages the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate processing, timely payments, and proper reconciliation of financial transactions. The position also supports month‑end closing, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams while working daily with ERP systems and Excel.

Ben jij ZZP'er en beschikbaar voor interim-opdrachten op operationeel kantoorniveau (16-40 uur) in de regio Utrecht? Sluit je aan bij ons netwerk, dan kunnen we je snel benaderen zodra er een passende opdracht binnenkomt. We bemiddelen opdrachten bij zowel non-profit als commerciële organisaties, met tarieven tot €60,- per uur.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en beheren van inkomende facturen, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat ze correct zijn, goedgekeurd worden en op tijd worden betaald. Je onderhoudt relaties met leveranciers, lost afwijkingen op en houdt financiële administratie up‑to‑date om een soepele crediteurenadministratie te ondersteunen.

Een uitdagende functie binnen een informele en open organisatie;

HBO + niveau, minimaal 1 jaar control ervaring, salaris tot 4750;

As a Credit Controller with strong Accounts Payable expertise, you ensure accurate invoice processing, effective credit management, and solid financial controls in a fast‑paced environment. You work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain cash flow, resolve discrepancies, and provide insights through proactive analysis and follow‑up.
