Job Description

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, inspection, and dispatch
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Organize stock to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Prepare shipping and customs documentation
  • Generate reports on inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse KPIs

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in inventory management
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to daily warehouse activities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
