Job Description

  • Execute Operations: Perform daily back-office settlements for cash management, FX, commodity derivatives, and intercompany financing.
  • Transaction Verification: Manage daily confirmation of treasury transactions within ERP systems, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliations for bank and in-house cash accounts while maintaining affiliate communications.
  • Banking Administration: Support the lifecycle of bank accounts, including openings, closings, mandate updates, and KYC requests.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain critical master data across internal treasury management systems and online banking platforms.
  • Process Optimization: Assist with compliance controls, senior management reporting, and projects aimed at centralizing group monetary settlements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience & Education: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, paired with 1-2 years of banking or corporate back-office experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel; hands-on experience with SAP Treasury Management or FSCM modules is a distinct advantage.
  • Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented, autonomous, and proactive with a strong hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the interpersonal skills required to thrive in a highly diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Work Eligibility: Currently resides in the Netherlands with full, permanent, non-sponsored Dutch working rights.
