About Our Client

My client is an international company specialising in the oil and gas sector. The office in Dordrecht is informal and looking for ambitious and motivated Supply Chain Operations Specialist.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and optimize operational supply chain processes such as planning, inbound/outbound flows, and inventory management.
  • Monitor supply chain performance (KPIs) and identify bottlenecks or risks.
  • Work extensively with SAP to manage data, transactions, and reporting within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders (Operations, Procurement, Finance).
  • Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues and implement structural improvements.
  • Contribute to process optimization, standardization, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Prepare and share clear reports on performance, issues, and improvement opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's level of thinking and working, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an operational supply chain or logistics role.
  • Solid hands‑on experience with SAP is a must (e.g. MM, SD, or related modules).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, KPIs, and reports.
  • Structured, proactive, and communicative; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • You are legally eligible to work in the EU and hold a valid EU work permit or citizenship. Applications without valid EU work authorization cannot be considered.
