The teams generally consists of 5 Fte.Job DescriptionAs Supply Chain Administrator, you will:Drive process improvements, support regional and global initiatives, and collaborate closely with a wide network of internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Trade Compliance, and Master Data Governance.Participate in, support, and coordinate process improvement projects, including regional and global Master Data & Process initiatives.Advise on and initiate improvements to processes, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring alignment with business needs and local regulatory requirements.Create, review, and map process flows, narratives, procedures, and work instructions in collaboration with project teams.Ensure all updated procedures and work instructions are published in the QH Quality Management System and deliver training to end-users.Set up new items in the ERP system (and coordinate with local teams using non-QH ERPs) to ensure readiness for operational transactions.Coordinate the item-voiding process and perform required updates in systems of record.Conduct regular master data audits and drive corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance with governance standards.Support regional SME teams and contribute to cross-functional projects impacting master data or process design.Contribute to consistent regional Supply Chain/Operations processes and support day-to-day execution monitoring.The Successful Applicant5 years of experience in a similar roleBachelor - or Master's degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain or LogisticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and regions.Comfortable with change and able to adjust direction quickly.Strong teamwork and stakeholder-management capabilities.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
