Job Description

  • Manage the full operational flow of wholesale orders from confirmation through to shipment
  • Monitor order book status and align deliveries with inventory and production timelines
  • Ensure accurate order processing within ERP and related systems
  • Coordinate shipment planning with warehouse partners and logistics providers
  • Act as the key operational liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Align wholesale demand with stock availability and shipping schedules
  • Support seasonal product launches and ensure timely wholesale deliveries
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate inbound deliveries with supply chain teams
  • Allocate stock effectively between wholesale and e-commerce channels where required
  • Maintain accurate data across order, inventory, and shipment systems
  • Prepare reports on order status, deliveries, and inventory levels
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, wholesale operations, or order management
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to balance a big-picture perspective with hands-on operational tasks
  • Experience working with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English
