Job Description

  • Responsible for the majority of hospital communication related to customer order processing in accordance with internal SOX and auditing requirements;
  • Supports the sales reps with customer quotes and follow up;
  • Coordinates all customer agreements;
  • Assists sales representatives with hospital registrations and administration;
  • Manages the sales rep trunk stock program and responsible for quarterly reconciliations and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order management or inside sales support;
  • Self-starter and high level of proactiveness and taking initiative;
  • Being at the office in Amsterdam Bijlmer 3-4 times a week;
  • Immediately available for 32-40 hours;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication in English and one other European language, German.

What's on Offer

  • Salary: 3K-3.5K (gross based on 40 hours);
  • Available to commute to the office to Amsterdam Bijlmer, Netherlands;
  • Temporary Contract: 6 months (opportunity of extension);
  • Per immediately - start ASAP;
  • Hours: 32-40;
  • Hybrid: working from home and office;
  • Transport allowance;
  • Pension scheme.
