Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive experience
  • Manage reception operations, including deliveries, meeting rooms, and visitor coordination
  • Maintain an organised, fully stocked, and inviting office environment (including pantries and shared spaces)
  • Oversee office supplies and support day-to-day administrative coordination
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared to a high standard and ready for use
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient office atmosphere with a strong hospitality mindset

The Successful Applicant

  • Brings a natural sense of hospitality and enjoys creating a welcoming environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and tools
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Proactive, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining high standards
  • Available for 24 hours per week, spread across 4-5 days on-site, with a preference for morning shifts
