About Our Client

Our client is a global organisation operating at scale across Europe, with complex logistics flows and high regulatory standards. As a Logistics Specialist, you will work at the heart of regional supply chain operations, coordinating logistics, inventory, and external partners while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in multiple countries.This is a 1 year contract (maternity cover with the possibility of exension), ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience who are looking to strengthen their international exposure, deepen their end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge, and operate within a large corporate structure.

Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be supporting the Head of Logistics:

    • Coordinate daily logistics activities, including inbound transport, warehousing, customs, and administration
    • Support inventory management activities, including product availability, repackaging, and short‑dated stock
    • Track, analyse, and report logistics KPIs such as lead times, stock accuracy, and damages
    • Work closely with external logistics partners (warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers) to ensure service quality
    • Contribute to process optimisation initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and service improvement



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or similar;
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations or warehouse within a larger organisation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Available for 36-40 hours;
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel are a must;
  • No relocation possible, located in the Amsterdam Area, Netherlands;
  • Per immediately available- start date: mid of June 2026 (no notice period).
