Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Monitor shipments and ensure compliance with international and local regulations
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and support demand planning to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Optimize transport planning, costs, and delivery schedules in collaboration with procurement and logistics partners
  • Prepare and validate shipping documentation, including invoices and customs paperwork
  • Work closely with suppliers, international offices, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and support rate negotiations
  • Resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries
  • Support logistics planning for peak periods, projects, and promotions
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within logistics systems (e.g., SAP or similar)

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar
  • Experience in international logistics or supply chain operations
  • Experience with shipping bulk goods or commodities (e.g., agri/food products)
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, Incoterms, and customs
  • Experience with ERP/logistics systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English
