Job Description

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team across multiple regions
  • Manage and maintain commercial and legal contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines
  • Support contract lifecycle management processes, including system updates and documentation control
  • Coordinate document flows including signing, notarisation, apostille and distribution
  • Assist with intellectual property activities such as trademark and domain name administration
  • Coordinate product labelling and artwork approval processes from a legal perspective
  • Manage invoices and payment processes for legal and IP-related services (e.g. via Coupa)
  • Maintain legal databases and filing systems in a structured and accurate manner
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to ensure smooth operations



The Successful Applicant

  • MBO+/HBO/WO level, preferably in administration or secretarial studies
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role (legal, administrative or contract support)
  • Experience reviewing and editing contracts or legal documentation
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starting and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written English
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Word)
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, Coupa or CLM tools is a plus
  • Affinity with legal processes, contract management or IP is preferred
