We are looking for a professional with 1+ years of internship or work experience in administrative roles who is immediately available to work 32 -38 hours/week for a 3-month project.This role focuses on processing and reviewing HR tickets to ensure accurate, timely, and complete HR administration, so that payroll and personnel records remain compliant with legislation, internal guidelines, and agreed KPI/SLA standards.

Job Description

  • Complete HR related tickets in ServiceNow according to work instructions and SLA.
  • Process and verify employee data in HR systems.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and documents according to established processes.
  • Respond to second-line inquiries via the ticketing system and occasionally by phone.
  • Archive documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
  • Support testing of new systems or system changes.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding of new colleagues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Immediately available for 32 - 38 hours/week
  • Able to commute 3 days to the office in Zwaagdijk-Oost
  • Internship or 1+ years in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in business German
  • Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of HR systems is preferred
  • Works accurately and double-checks data
  • Works constructively with others and contributes to a positive team atmosphere
