Job Description

As Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of high-profile B2B events across the EMEA region and internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of international trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, conferences and hospitality events
  • Coordinate event logistics, venue management, supplier relationships and stakeholder communications
  • Drive event planning timelines, budgets and project schedules to ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align events with commercial objectives
  • Partner with colleagues across Europe, the US and South America to deliver global event initiatives
  • Manage external agencies, vendors and event partners
  • Develop and maintain promotional materials and event-related marketing assets
  • Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor event performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and attendee engagement
  • Support brand visibility through integrated event and marketing activities
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, governance and industry standards
  • Travel internationally when required to support key events and customer engagements

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and can quickly take ownership of projects.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, marketing events or exhibition management
  • Proven experience organising B2B events, trade shows, conferences or customer-facing events
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on and self-starting mindset
  • Confidence working independently within a small team environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
  • Experience within aviation, technology, engineering or other high-value industries is advantageous
  • Experience with creative design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is considered a plus
