Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for dealers and end users. You ensure that inquiries are handled correctly, courteously, and efficiently.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for dealers and end users via telephone and email
  • You manage and handle customer inquiries and service requests via a ticketing system
  • You ensure clear and customer-oriented communication in Polish, German & English
  • You monitor the progress of outstanding inquiries and ensure proper follow-up
  • You identify recurring questions or bottlenecks and discuss them internally
  • You report to the Team Leader Customer Support



The Successful Applicant

Together with the line manager, we have drawn up the following profile:

  • MBO working and thinking level, obtained through education or work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar service-oriented role. (This may also be in a retail environment).
  • Experience with Office 365 and preferably with a ticketing system or CRM
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent command of the Dutch & German languages
  • You are service-oriented, organized, and stress-resistant
  • Ideally, you live within a 30-minute travel time of the work location

What's on Offer

Based on full-time employment, the offer will consist of:

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,500, depending on experience
  • Full-time employment of 40 hours per week
  • 26 vacation days + 1 ADV day
