You ensure that inquiries are handled correctly, courteously, and efficiently.Your responsibilities:You are the first point of contact for dealers and end users via telephone and emailYou manage and handle customer inquiries and service requests via a ticketing systemYou ensure clear and customer-oriented communication in French, German & EnglishYou monitor the progress of outstanding inquiries and ensure proper follow-upYou identify recurring questions or bottlenecks and discuss them internallyYou report to the Customer Support Team LeaderThe Successful ApplicantTogether with the line manager, we have drawn up the following profile:MBO working and thinking level, obtained through education or work experienceAt least 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
