The Control Tower Specialist will oversee and manage logistics operations within the airfreight logistics and warehousing operations, ensuring efficient coordination and timely delivery of goods. Based in Hoofddorp, this role requires organisational skills and a focus on operational excellence.

We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in the Support & Logistics team at Schiphol. You are responsible for managing aircraft parts for various airlines, and thus contribute to the success of various operational activities.

As an Ocean Import Operator, you are responsible for coordinating and optimising the import process via ocean freight. You ensure goods are imported on time, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

As an Freight Forwarder Automotive you are collecting and creating export documentation, handling requests, coordinating shipments, booking with the airlines, managing client contact and reporting irregularities. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on an automotive client.

In deze allround functie als import medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, coördineren en afhandelen van internationale zendingen, met een sterke focus op luchtvracht en verse goederen. Je werkt in een hecht team waar zelfstandigheid, snelheid en flexibiliteit centraal staan, en waar je actief schakelt met afhandelaren, douane en vervoerders.

In deze rol houd je het overzicht over onze logistieke processen en ondersteun je het team dagelijks. Jij zorgt dat alles op tijd en correct wordt afgehandeld, van planning en administratie tot coördinatie van zendingen, en draagt bij aan een soepel lopende operatie waarin jouw werk echt zichtbaar is.
