For a global medical technology company, I am looking for a Product Service Administrator. This organization focuses on providing products and services that help patients worldwide with acute, chronic, and critical care. They collaborate with medical professionals to develop new technologies that improve healthcare. As a Product Service Administrator, you will be responsible for administration, reporting, and data entry related to product customer registration.

Functieomschrijving

  • Quoting: Preparing quotations for field service and depot repairs, and following up with customers;
  • Order Booking: Booking replacement, depot repair, and field service orders;
  • Service Orders: Closing, invoicing, and following up on completed and outdated service orders;
  • Customer Communication: Informing customers about outstanding service requests;
  • Service Contracts: Booking new contracts and proactively following up on renewals;
  • Complaint Registration: Processing service notifications and product complaints in the complaint management system;
  • Reporting: Providing reports on repair status and service activities to various departments.


Profiel

  • Minimum diploma at MBO level;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role involving customer service and data entry;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented;
  • Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written;
  • Strong time management and planning skills;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
